Tamsoma Lightings ("we") runs tamsoma.com and its team portal. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Website visitors

When you send us an enquiry, we keep your name, phone number, email, city and message so we can reply and follow up on your lighting requirement. We do not sell or share this information with anyone outside our team.

Team portal and Google Calendar

Team members can choose to connect their Google account to the portal. If they do, the portal uses Google's Calendar permission only to add, update and remove calendar events for tasks assigned to them. We do not read, store or share any other calendar events or Google account data. We keep only the connected email address and an access key, stored encrypted, so the portal can keep those task events up to date.

Team members can disconnect at any time from My account in the portal, which removes their task events and deletes the access key. They can also remove access from their Google account settings.
